You’re Protected If:
• The item you receive is significantly different from what was described or shown.
• The item is damaged or defective in a way that wasn’t disclosed.
• You receive the wrong item.
If any of the above occurs, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll review your request and work to find the best resolution.
What’s Not Covered:
• Buyer’s remorse or a change of mind.
• Items that don’t fit as expected or aren’t your style.
• Orders placed or handled outside of Modest Kouture.
• Issues reported after the 3-day window.
Important Return Details:
If your return is approved and the seller wants the damaged item returned, they are responsible for covering the return shipping cost. If the item is accepted through Modest Kouture due to damage or misrepresentation, the seller will not receive the deposit for that order.
